Hope4LittleHearts has four distinct service programs that we use to accomplish our goals of normalizing the hospital environment and sparking joy in pediatric patients lives. All of our donations are paid for with money we make from our events or donated directly from supporters.
This program focuses on donating toys, books, and anything else the hospital may need for their pediatric patients. With these donations, we are trying to normalize life in the hospital and give the children fun things to do. We ensure all toys and books are new and clean when donated.
While our toys and books program normally involves general donations to hospitals, this program focuses on one child at a time. Our care packages supply children and their families with things they need/want but may not be able to afford, or to simply provide joy and comfort.
Our arts and crafts program creates artwork, cards, and crafts that are mailed to pediatric patients. We hope that our arts and crafts encourage patients to keep fighting by reminding them they have a community of people rooting for them.
Hope4LittleHearts hosts interactive events online and in person. These events connect patients with volunteers to provide social interaction through games, conversations and competitions. These events not only provide patients with fun but money is also raised for our other programs as well.
